I specialize in working with couples and families facing a range of challenges, from relational conflict to daily hassles, grief/loss to “big emotions.” I also enjoy working with individuals experiencing a variety of concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and stress. I believe that all roads toward growth do not follow the same path. What does yours look like?
Drawing from my training in systems therapy, narrative therapy, and emotion-focused therapy, I use a collaborative and relational approach to support clients in working toward their goals. Together, we might practice new ways of responding to yourself/others, try on strategies to manage stress, or create a safe space to understanding your experiences.
Working towards change is not always easy but you don’t have to do it alone. Whatever your road looks like and whomever you are travelling it with, we can navigate it together.
